JPS and Colbert

Retired Justice John Paul Stevens, and recent author of Five Chiefs, made a special appearance on the Colbert Report last week. After Colbert acquiesced that he couldn't get a "real" Supreme Court Justice, he jumped right to the point: "Bush v. Gore: great Supreme Court decision, or the greatest?"

This is not the first time that a retired Supreme Court Justice has engaged with the dynamic comedic duo, Justice Sandra Day O'Connor held her own with Jon Stewart back in 2009.
